If you are looking for a quiet place with a view of the trees Park Commons Apartment is the right place!
It is a very quiet place and has security, the maintenance is very good, very comfortable to live in, I live with my brother and we have an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the rent is very good!
Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment.
You may pay these online with a bank account, by credit card (a small fee will apply), or with a personal or cashier's check to the office.
All application fees are nonrefundable.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid.
A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two and a half times the rent amount.
Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
Our community requires renter's insurance to protect each resident's property.
Please provide a confirmation of coverage by bringing the leasing office a declaration page from your insurance company.
A minimum of $100,000.00 in liability insurance in required and Park Commons Apartments must be listed as an interested party.
Full coverage is recommended.
State Farm is NOT accepted as adequate coverage.
We recommend using ePremium for your renter's insurance and they will ensure that your policy meets our community's requirements.
