We almost never hear our neighbors and the only traffic we hear is the train (which I love - and we're right by the train tracks).
The maintenance crew is quick, helpful, and respectful.
The ladies in the office are AWESOME and have been so helpful and down to earth.
An absolute world of difference - you can tell these people take pride and care about what they do.
