We have lived here for about a year, plan on extending our lease.
They have a monthly news letter with what's new.
We love their, almost monthly, socials this really gives us time to meet our neighbors and discover more about the town.
Pool area is nice, very ambient, but there are so many other amenities that make the place well worth the money.
Gift wrapping (all year long), business center, free event room, they sign for our packages, there is an ok ( not fabulous, but it's close and it's pretty much all that one would need) gym, nice jacuzzi, free video "rental", sun tanning, and always helpful staff if you need something, especially good for people who are new in town.
