Albert and Genevieve Hafner owned some small buildings and their children, Michele, Michael and Mark, learned a strong work ethic at an early age by helping to maintain those properties.

Willow River and Lake Mallalieu Apartments are adjacent properties located in North Hudson, Wisconsin on the banks of Willow River at Lake Mallalieu, neighboring the St. Croix River.

I had spent just over 2 years at Lake Mallalieu and was very pleased with the management, maintenance, and grounds though out my time in the unit!
The staff is very down to earth and is always working to make sure you feel at home and resolve any issues that may arise!
Moving in and out was a breeze & handled very professionally.
Location was definitely my favorite with access to the lake and river!
Quick walk to down town Hudson and north Hudson also!
Located close to parks which my children and I often walked to.

An applicant is any person who will live in the apartment or who will make or guarantee rent payments for the persons living in the apartment.
We require applicants to have a monthly income of two and one half times the rent or to show that they have successfully paid a higher portion of their income for rent for at least one-year.
Applicants must have a successful rental history.
If you have been evicted from a previous apartment during the past two (2) years due to non-payment of rent, or for behavior that includes causing disturbance, threatening other persons, damaging an apartment or other reason, your application will not be approved.
We require applicants to have a monthly income of two and one half times the rent or to show that they have successfully paid a higher portion of their income for rent for at least one-year.
