I've lived here for two years, and I'd say my experience has been pretty positive overall.
While the units are pretty small, rent is cheaper for a college town.
In addition, the workout facility and free tanning is nice.
There is a pool, but it seems to be out of commission most of the time.
I would be likely to recommend this place to a friend who is looking for a low rent place semi-close to campus.
