Someone in your apartment will have to put the electric service into their name.
You will then pay your electric directly to the electric company.
If you fail to set up an electric account within 30 days of your lease start, there will be a $50/month administration fee billed to each resident until the electric account is changed to the resident's name.
No, all leases are one year.
You do have the option to re-rent your space in the unit if you find your own replacement.
