Frank has been working with STC Investments since 2000.
He specializes in carpentry, (a family trade), lawn care and overall maintenance.
Prior to his employment with STC Frank obtained his Associates Degree in Management from Illinois Central College after which he spent 20+ years as a Meat Department Manager for Kroger.
Family with six children, Frank and his fiancee remain busy, but Frank also enjoys martial arts, bowling, and in general, all sports.
Marc has 20 years of construction experience and is originally from Avon, IL.

First Month's Rent is due prior to move-in.
Each tenant is required to pay the entire month's rent for the first month of their lease prior to picking up keys.

However, a light dusting may be needed once you move in due to being vacant for the summer.
All of our houses are videotaped before and after each move-in/move-out.
