Our buildings contain a huge variety of interior layouts, from 1 bedroom to townhomes to 5 bedroom apartments; most are within walking distance to downtown area shops and businesses. All are clean, comfortable, safe, and many have been completely renovated.

Our properties are completely smoke free buildings. Even if English is not your primary language, our team speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. We are always looking for great neighbors and we enjoy establishing a strong relationship from the start. Starting in 2005, we began rehabilitating the Frye Building.
New awnings and painted columns blanketing the corner of Lincoln Street and Mechanic Street are but a few of the projects that were done.
Built in 1892, the building has a fascinating history and was originally employee housing for the Frye Boot Factory workers.
Hold Deposit + Application Fee - In order to process an application, the deposit and Fee must be paid.
Marlboro total = $120* and Hudson = $240 **.
Application approval - If your application is approved, we will call you and send you the "move in letter" with everything you need to move in: your new mailing address, the utility company contact info, the moneys needed at the lease signing, etc.
If you would like to start planning for the moneys needed at lease signing, you will need a First month's Rent, Last month's rent, and a 1-month security deposit (3 months in total -the hold deposit already given).

Employment - Have you been at your job or received your current source of income for a minimum of 4 months and have some way to verify it?.
Landlord references - Would your last two landlords (no family or friends please) give you a positive referral?
Credit Check - Applicants are subject to a credit check.
We don't expect/require perfect credit; however, we like to see evidence of responsible use of credit.
Understandably, people tend to care the most about the insides of their apartments (as opposed to common areas or exteriors).
