At the corner of South Pugh Street and Bradley Avenue sits Towneview Apartments - a stately complex comprising 3 classic, red-brick buildings and featuring units of every size, layout, and level.
Located 1 mile from downtown State College and the Pattee Mall entrance to The Pennsylvania State University, this location is ideal for many types of renters, including students and professionals looking for a quiet environment outside of State College's busy thoroughfares, but close enough to walk to the best town has to offer, including restaurants, entertainment, shopping, parks, and more.
The only exception is our Mt.
Nittany building, where tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (general electric, air conditioning, and hot water).
College Park is just half a block from campus and the free campus bus loop at the corner of West College Avenue and South Atherton Street (across from Kinko's).
Allen Park, Lenwood Place, and Mt.
Nittany are eight to nine blocks south of campus, close to where South Allen and Pugh streets intersect with Westerly/Easterly Parkway.
Walking to campus takes about 10 minutes.
