Why not rent? While many people would prefer to own their own home, there are advantages to renting a home rather than buying it. People who rent not only save money, but they also avoid some of the hectic problems that come with owning a home, like paying taxes. Marsh Properties offers apartments, town houses, single family homes and commercial office space for lease in the Casper area.

Our properties are clean, safe and conveniently located throughout Casper. Have your current employer complete and submit the "employment verification" (Must come directly from your employer). Have your current landlord complete and submit the "landlord reference" (Must come directly from your current landlord). Once all three forms have been received by us, the application will be processed and we will follow-up with you promptly.

We will not process your application until ALL forms are received. Please follow up with us at 307-262-7513 to confirm your application has been received. IMPORTANT: There is no charge for applying but we will not process your application until we have all forms required.

Prior to considering your application, we must receive both the landlord and employer verifications directly from your landlord and employer.
Either the online version or this version MUST be completed by your employer and sent by them directly to us.

The completed application can be delivered to 310 N Center between Units 5 & 6 and deposited into the lock box on the right-hand side of the door, emailed to marshproperties.net, or faxed to 307-224-7525.
If your income is SS, disability or some other source, then a current copy of your awards letter must be attached.
For employment and landlord verification, the forms must be signed first by the applicant to release the information.
The employment and landlord verification forms must be received directly from the employer or landlord, not the applicant.
Completing the online employment verification is preferred.
If you are having trouble with the online employment verification, you may download, complete, and scan or fax "EmploymentIncomeVerification.pdf" to us.

If you're on a month to month lease, that means your 30 days notice will not start until you have fulfilled your lease.
Notice in the middle of the month will not be accepted or will not start until your lease is complete.
Your forwarding address is VERY important in order for us to return any deposit (or any portion of that deposit) to which you may be entitled.
Tip: It is in your best interest to follow up with an email or phone call in order to confirm we have received your notice.
