The Beach Club Detroit Apartments is another Shelborne Development award winning historic rehabilitation. Shelborne is just completing the renovation while still preserving the heritage and paying homage to the River Terrace Apartments. We are now accepting applications to live in our newest historic rehabilitation, located steps away from the Belle Isle bridge on the Detroit river, just outside the heart of downtown Detroit.

Please note that to complete the application process we will need a $35 Money Order, Proof of Income, copy of your Drivers License, and Social Security Card.
Once renovations are complete, Studio apartments will start at $960/month, One Bedroom Units starting at $1,140/month and Two Bedroom units starting at $1,500/month.
