We Offer12 month leases (please call rental office for exact pricing depending on lease length).
We allow pets! (Breed & Weight Restriction Applies) They must be under 25 pounds fully grown.
We allow a maximum of two pets.
There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 and it is $20.00 per month per pet.
We do not require an appointment to view our model unit, we do however stop showing an hour prior to closing.
