You may apply for an apartment by COMPLETING AN APPLICATION available online or at our leasing office.
There is an Application Fee of $75 per person (1 fee per married couple), an Administration Fee of $175, and a Security Deposit as low as $200 (the Security Deposit can range up to one month's rent depending on credit).
