As one of the first of its kind, the Forest Arms apartment building opened its doors in 1905. Towering above the single-family homes of the neighborhood, it provided one of the most prestigious housing venues of the time. Home to automotive workers and college students from the early 1900s to present day, it remains a landmark in its own right, recognizable by its iconic architecture and unique U-shaped design, giving it's tenants a spectacular courtyard in the center of it all.
