Whether you're looking to book a get away or extended stay, we have the right place for you! We have a simple yet enjoyable layout of Pacific Beach apartments and one charming Mission Bay cottage, available for all seasons of the year.
The studio apartment is an upstairs location with a balcony from which to enjoy a side-view to the ocean. There are two larger, two bedroom apartments with all the amenities listed for the standard units. Many of the same amenities of the vacation rentals come with our long term leasing apartments. Out of the 24 apartments we have on property, eleven tastefully appointed units are available for lease.
For your enjoyment, there is a sparkling heated pool conveniently located in the middle of the courtyard. For your culinary pleasure, enjoy the gas Bar-B-Que grill with seating for company while grilling your hearty delights.
