We will need a valid state issued i.d. as well as three most recent check stubs or bank stubs to show proof of income from each applicant.
Yes, co-signers/ guarantors are allowed.
Yes, they will be listed on the lease.
No, they cannot be taken off the lease before it expires.
They are required to earn five times the amount of rent and they must follow the same application guidelines mentioned above.
