Our team of leasing professionals, property managers and maintenance technicians ensures that all residents enjoy their time in one of our rental units.

Option A - Pay online by selecting the checking amount option; make sure to have your Account & Routing number and there will be NO fees involved.
Option B - Sign up for our Auto Pay option.
This will automatically transfer your rent payment from your account on the 28TH OF EVERY MONTH.
Forms are available upon request.
There is NO fee for this method of payment.
If you have leased a parking space, you can either pay for it monthly with your rent or pay for it in full when you move in.
Any checks not recognized at the bank (NSF) will be assessed an additional fee of $25.00 which will be billed to your account.
Option B - Sign up for our Auto Pay option.
This will automatically transfer your rent payment from your account on the 28TH OF EVERY MONTH.

I've been extremely satisfied with the maintenance services provided by MHM.
Usually, Chris came by to fix issues and he was always kindly explaining how he would handle the problem and often followed up with me.
He is also very responsive.
So far living in MHM property, I haven't had any uncomfortable issues regarding anything not getting fixed on time.
All staff I've met and have interacted with are very personable and polite!
I actually had a small instance where I was almost scammed with someone selling a different elec plan to the apt, and upon consulting an MHM staff member, I was able to stop this from happening before any damage was done.
