The Austin Apartment Association is a trade association serving anyone who owns or manages rental property - from a single-family home, to condos, to multi-unit apartment communities - as well as those who provide services to the rental housing industry.

Do you own, develop, build, operate, or manage apartments or residential rental housing properties in Austin?
Industry membership is for individuals or companies who own, develop, build, operate, or manage apartments or residential rental housing properties in Austin.
AAA membership dues run on a calendar dues renewal cycle (January-December) and are based on how many total units (or doors) you own or manage.
Administrative fees may apply at the time of application.
Please note: AAA membership is paid annually for each calendar year (January-December).
A maintenance supervisor or manager with at least six months of experience in a supervisory role within the multifamily housing industry.
A maintenance professional with at least six months of experience within the multifamily housing industry.
A Maintenance/Service manager who oversees maintenance at multiple properties totaling 100 units or more and has at least two years experience within their current role.
A property supervisor or regional manager who oversees at least three properties, supervises 100 units or more, and has at least two years of experience within their current role.

Independent Rental Owners can range from a single-family property owner to owning any number of units.
IROs can uniquely benefit from peer-to-peer support, vendor connections, and operational best practices the AAA can provide.
Networking: Build your business at over 50 events, seminars, and other networking opportunities throughout the year.
Education & Professional Development: We offer year-round continuing education seminars and national professional credential courses, including the Certified Apartment Supplier designation (CAS).
Supplier Directory: Our member suppliers are listed in our online supplier directory and distributed every other month in our Window magazine.
Marketing Opportunities: AAA members have several opportunities to market their business to decision-makers in the rental housing industry through print and online advertising as well as event sponsorships.
