Corporate Apartments are approved with an extra deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
Renters insurance is REQUIRED ($100K personal liability).
Your policy must be provided at the time of move in.
Water, Sewer, and Trash is paid by the resident to the office on the first of the month with rent.
The flat rate charge is $85 for one person plus $5 per additional person.
Garages are for vehicle parking, not exclusively for storage.
Open parking is available, but not assigned.
All homes include a washer and dryer.
