Single family homes and Burley townhomes pay their own utilities, based on their own usage. No parking fees. All units include a washer/dryer. Easy online applications and lease signing for all residents and guarantors.

Tenants can pay monthly rent by logging into their Buildium account and paying their rent electronically.
Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Rents not received by the 5th will be charged a $50.00 late fee.
If Company has not received rent and late fee in full on or before the tenth (10th) day of the month then Resident shall pay an additional late charge equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount past due, and such late charge will immediately be due and payable as rent pursuant to the terms of this Lease.
