We became aware of the townhouse (apartment we now occupy) through a friend who used to live in this complex. We contacted management who showed us the place, helped us through the application process and facilitated every detail (on their end) up to and beyond our move-in date. On move-in, the condition of the apartment was thoroughly clean and necessary repairs (from the previous tenants) had been completed.
