With easy access to the Milwaukie Expressway (hwy 224) and Interstate-205, your commute or out of town escape are just minutes away.
Convenient to groceries, schools, places of worship, library, medical services and entertainment. Plenty of off street parking. After taking a recent tour of Chestnut Place Apartments, I'm convinced it not only meets my need for a place to live, but it really feels like home. The grounds are beautiful, the units are spacious, clean, and well maintained, and it's so close to everything.
There's even an excellent selection of food carts just down the street. I've been a happy resident of Chestnut Place Apartments for 25 years. The property manager's experience and leadership have kept everything operating like a well-oiled machine.
