Yes, our service is absolutely FREE to you! You will never be charged a fee, because the apartment community you choose pays us from their advertising budget. Our company provides a valuable service not only to you, the consumer, but also as a source of prospective residents for the apartment communities. Therefore, they are happy to compensate us for referring you to them!

This fee, however, will never affect your rental rate, deposit or any specials you receive. In order for us to receive proper credit and be compensated for our services, it is imperative that you must list THE APARTMENT PEOPLE as your referral source on your guest cards, rental application and lease contract. If you have any questions or are unsure where this information needs to be listed, please ask the community's leasing consultant to assist you.

It is extremely important that this information be listed at the time you submit your application. We work hand in hand with each apartment community and they will be more than happy to assist you.
