Our company provides a valuable service not only to you, the consumer, but also as a source of prospective residents for the apartment communities. Therefore, they are happy to compensate us for referring you to them!
This fee, however, will never affect your rental rate, deposit or any specials you receive. In order for us to receive proper credit and be compensated for our services, it is imperative that you must list THE APARTMENT PEOPLE as your referral source on your guest cards, rental application and lease contract.
