We are pleased to announce as part of the renovation of the property that DHCD is providing 18 MRVP (Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program) subsidies to the project to better serve all income levels.
These are available for 1,2,3 and 4-bedroom homes.
We will also have additional affordable housing opportunities for those wishing to apply for our non-subsidized rehab homes.
Please note that the MRVP vouchers are project-based which means they are attached to the property and not the resident.
That means should you leave the property for any reason, you cannot take these vouchers with you - they will remain with the property for the next applicable resident.
