Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th.
A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home.
Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.
No additional or different pet(s) is/are authorized under this Agreement, other than those stated below.
Visiting pets are prohibited.
