This fee is non-refundable and will need to be paid during the online application process.
We will not start processing your application until we have collected this fee.
Rental history must be verifiable from unbiased sources.

As stated in your lease, once the lease has been fulfilled for the term of the lease, it will renew on a monthly basis thereafter with each succession beginning on the (1st) first of each month.
If we do not receive notification, we assume you want to stay for another month.

Upon final move-out, you will need to stop by the office to return all keys, including mailbox keys, and provide a self-addressed (your new address), stamped envelope that we can use to send your security deposit itemization along with any applicable refund.
