We are a quiet apartment complex that does not allow pets.
And because they are single studio apartments, they are not ideal for families with children.
We are within walking distance to the University of Georgia, and a very short distance from many restaurants, shops, and Earth Fare Grocery Store.
Parking is a big issue at UGA due to high parking permit costs and lack of available space.
Carousel Village is close so close to UGA you can walk there, ride your bicycle, or take the bus.
