The mission of Boulevard Park Place remains unchanged: To create and maintain a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for Seniors.
Throughout the years, our focus has always been our residents welfare.
We provide a comfortable, independent living environment for our residents.
We offer a wide variety of apartment floor plans to choose from - see all our offerings below.
All apartments include: full kitchens with microwaves, washer and dryer, paid utilities, emergency call system, and Comcast HDTV Digital Starter package.
This is our most popular one-bedroom apartment with lots of storage and a small balcony or patio.
Individual apartments may vary.
This apartment is rare but has a lovely layout, good storage, and a small balcony or patio.
This is our smallest unit and boasts a lot of storage for its size.
Our residents and their families realize the benefits to living in such a friendly and caring community environment.
The owners and operators, the Steinman Family, hosted the main meal, with Viola Steinman herself jumping right in, as usual, as a chef and server, donning her pretty holiday apron.
The residents contributed with an amazing array of desserts to go along with the meal.
I had the pleasure of being invited.
After the feast, Ron Steinman gave a tour, to show off the recently completed improvements.
What sets Boulevard Park Place apart from other communities is that it is a privately-owned community with hands on owners and camaraderie among residents that feels like family.
A big difference from other senior communities is that residents enjoy cooking their own meals in their own kitchens while enjoying the freedom from other responsibilities of home ownership.
Peace of mind knowing your home is safe, knowing you're surrounded by friends, and knowing all of the maintenance and yard work is done for you.
