Ohav Sholom welcomes active seniors 62+ and/or disabled and places the comfort of our residents as priority number one. Every apartment has smoke detectors, fire sprinklers and emergency pull cord stations in the bathroom and bedroom.
We offer a variety of community amenities available to our residents including a beauty salon, library, fitness center, and convenience store located in the lobby. All UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED in the rent with the exception of telephone and cable television. We are proud to be a smoke-free community!

Rental Applications must be filled out completely, signed and dated.
Paystubs and income documentation must accompany the Rental Application for all members of the household who are 18 years of age or older.
