read more › We were nervous about being so far from campus in the beginning, but Collingwood was everything we needed and we are really sad to be moving out in just a few weeks! It is always quiet from residents, the only noise you will hear is from the train and from the weird factory building next to the complex. The views are really pretty with the river in the background, the parking lot is never above 75% full either. Be prepared to utilize the bus, which is only about a 7 minute walk. The winters were difficult as the sidewalks, main street, and parking lots were never really plowed.
