The Incline Apartments and Studios is a newly renovated apartment community located at the North East intersection of I-25 and Fillmore in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are one exit away from Garden of the Gods and are close to downtown Colorado Springs as well as all military bases. Our units are a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms and lofts.
For your convenience, we also have garages for rent. Our community amenities include a resident clubroom with full kitchen, a business center, a one acre dog park, 3 laundry clothes care facilities, a 24-hour fitness room, and a year-round indoor heated swimming pool. Our lease terms range from 6 months up to 12 months.
