We love pets!
Though, we do ask that you limit it to two indoor cats or dogs, 50 pounds or less, and at least one year of age.
We ask for an additional $400 pet deposit, available for refund.
There's also a monthly $30 pet rent, per pet.
We kindly ask that all those applying for the apartment home make a combined total 3 times the monthly rent, gross earnings.
So for example, if the apartment near Intel you're interested in renting is $1,300, all applicants combined must make $3,900 per month to qualify.
