I enjoy the greenery and access to Rock Creek Park and areas of hiking.
The buildings are noticeably older/worn.
The crew puts in efforts to care for the grounds and keeps the community very nice.
The mailboxes need to be updated for sure.
The apartments are spacious and cozy.
Some are quite outdated but it seems as though they are slowly renovating them as they go.
