Fur babies of all sizes welcome.
Pets weighing 51 pounds or more are restricted to first floor apartments.
Our breed restrictions include Rottweilers and Pitt Bulls, as well as mixes of these breeds.
There is a limit of three pets per apartment.
There are additional costs associated with having pets.
There is a one-time, refundable pet deposit of $300.00.
This deposit covers up to three pets.
A one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $150.00 is required per pet.
The first pet adds $20.00 in pet rent to the monthly rental price, and each additional pet adds another $10.00.

First month's rent/prorated rent and Security Deposit are required to be paid in full at the time of your move in and must be paid in Certified Funds (Money Order, Cashier's Check, Certified Check).

By submitting an application, you consent to a Criminal Background Check, Credit Check, and Landlord References.
No Felonies will be allowed.
In addition, no evictions within 7 years will be allowed.
