Though, we do ask that you limit it to two indoor cats or dogs, 50 pounds or less, and at least one year of age.
We ask for an additional $400 pet deposit, available for refund.
There's also a monthly $30 pet rent, per pet.
We kindly ask that all those applying for the apartment home make a combined total 3 times the monthly rent, gross earnings.
So for example, if the apartment near Intel you're interested in renting is $1,400, all applicants combined must make $4,200 per month to qualify.
