The following two breeds (and mixes of breeds) are restricted: Rottweiler and Pitt Bull.
Animal owners are required to provide proof of renter's insurance that allows our insurance company to subrogate against the Lessee if they are at fault in a claim.
Ainmal Rent: $20.00 per month for 1 animal, $10.00 per month for each additional pet (limit 3 per apartment).

All full-time occupants of the apartment that are 18 years of age or older must complete an application and pay the $25.00 application fee (unless waived because of current specials).

The occupant must not spend 15 or more consecutive nights at the apartment in any given 30-day period.
