Once we have this information we will send you a confirmation email with further instructions on how to submit a copy of your student ID and how to pay both your application fee and security deposit.
If you are an international student we will ask you to provide a copy of your passport and the front page of your I20 form.
For the purpose of procuring credit from time to time I furnish the above information as true and accurate.
I hereby authorize Roland Realty, Inc. and its agents to verify, in any manner deemed appropriate, any and all items on this application.

What is included in my rent?
Many of the housing solutions Roland Realty offers have excellent utility packages included, but every building is different.
Contact a Roland Realty leasing agent for additional details.
You can also find the included utilities in your lease.
How do I pay my rent and when is it due?
Rent is due the first day of each month.
There are a variety of options when paying.
First, you can pay online with a credit card or do a direct with-drawl from your bank account.
When can I move in?
The lease start date will be stated on the first page of your lease agreement.
Typically, the start date will have a time associated with it as well, usually at 1 pm.
You will have needed to set up all applicable utilities in your name, and will need to pay any outstanding rent or security deposit charges before the issuance of keys.
How do I set up the Utilities in my name?
If Roland Realty does not provide a utility, it will be up to you to contact the applicable company.
For units that cable is provided you will still need to contact Comcast and stop by their store to pick up the cable box.
With an appointment, we will inspect your apartment in your presence before your departure.
It is not mandatory, but it is recommended.
The primary intention of the inspection is to identify missed cleaning items to afford you the opportunity to clean them.
Therefore, you must be fully packed and have the house cleaned prior to a pre-departure inspection.

Inspections are only done during normal maintenance business hours and are not offered after the lease expiration date.
The lease dates are determined by you and the subtenant, however, it must fall within the dates specified on your original lease.
We must have a sublease agreement AND a lease application for the subtenant on record in our office.

I would recommend having the type and location of the property but not the exact unit number.
