Dog/Cat Policy -Two dogs are allowed per home and a maximum of three pets per home.
There is an 80lb combined weight limit for 1st floor apartments and a 45lb combined weight limit for 2nd floor apartments.
There is a 120 lb combined weight limit in townhomes.
Pet Fees - $300 non-refundable for first pet, $200 non-refundable for each additional pet, $30 monthly per pet.
