The Hilton Head is our 861 square foot, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment- located in the center and north west border of the property, near the pool and grass area.
This 2 bedroom apartment offers a spacious floorplan for a lower price.
In the 2 x 1.5 apartment, one shower is shared, but there are two toilets and vanities separated by doors.

This must be shown with at least three (3) most recent pay stubs from employer.
Per our participation in the Phoenix Crime free program- applicants must not have felonies within the past 12 years, or ever if they are sexual or violent felonies.
If the applicant has a felony which would not affect the living situations of renters in our community and can provide evidence that there will be no future issues, management may accept the application.
This must be shown with at least three (3) most recent pay stubs from employer.
