The First month's rent is due at move-in.
First Month's Rent is required to be paid by Cashier's Check.
No personal checks will be accepted for first month's rent.
Rent will be due on the 1st of each month.
If rent is not paid as of the 5th day of each month a $75 late fee is charged.
If a rent payment is returned for any reason, a $50 returned check fee is charged on top of the late fees.
Pay with a credit or debit card online through our online resident portal *This option does cost a small convenience fee.
