There is a two cat maximum per home.
We require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300, for the first pet and $300 for the second pet, due at move-in and a monthly pet rent of $25, per cat.
Our feline family members cannot roam in hallways or common areas.
Litter boxes are required and must be changed regularly to keep the apartments and hallways odor free.
