The apartment is spacious for our family of 4. Initially i was worried about pests because of lot of grass ground, but pest control is awesome and no complaints so far related to pests in summer season.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking.
