Eligibility criteria: must be a current resident who will be renewing their lease for 2020-2021 at Eagles Landing, Jordan Court, Ryan Place, Huntington Hills, or Woodland Pointe Apartments for the upcoming academic year 2021-22.
You must be a 2nd year resident of one of the properties to be eligible.
The student must be admitted and enrolled as a full-time student at the Kent Campus of Kent State University with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
