Keep in mind this may change daily depending upon individual circumstances that result in needing to move out.

The total monthly rent reflects apartment rent, water/sewer/trash bill, pest control (limited to certain species), amenity access, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Cable TV, internet, and phone are open to your choice of providers and tenant responsibility.
